Teddy Lewis

Teddy Lewis, age 69, life long resident of Cumberland Kentucky, passed from this life Tuesday, November 7th, 2017, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.

He was born unto the union of the late Floyd and Chelca Shepherd Lewis on August 5th, 1948. He believed in the Pentecostal faith. He was a former projectionist at the Novo Theater in Cumberland, Kentucky.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, James, David, Larry, and Aster.

He leaves to mourn his passing, brothers, Charles Lewis of Cumberland, Kentucky, Terry Lewis of Lynch, Kentucky and sisters, Shirley Smith of Bristol, Tennessee and Reda Lewis of Cumberland, Kentucky.

All services will be private per family request.
