Robertal Lloyd (Bert) Gilbert

Robertal (Bert) Lloyd Gilbert, 84, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.  She was born September 22, 1933, into the union of the late Arthur and Hattie Sturgill Lloyd.  

She is preceded in death by her husband, Benton Gilbert, brother, Charles Lloyd and infant sister, Shirley Lloyd.

She leaves to mourn her passing, daughters, Shirley (Ronnie) Robbins of Maynardville Tennessee, Sheila (Ronnie) McDowell of Pineville, Kentucky,  Sharon (Marvin) Brown of Cumberland Kentucky, son, Chester Gilbert of Partridge, Kentucky, brother, Clyde Lloyd of Bluff City, Tennessee, eight grandchildren: Sherrie (Joel) Collins, Chris (Amanda) Robbins, Rhonda (Morgan) Bayless, Phillip (Gail) Gilbert, James (Darla) Brown, Amanda Smith, Brandy Vucinovich, Kaila Page, sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and special friend Teresa Wells.
