Ricky Allen Whitehead II, age 42, formerly of Cumberland, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Richmond, Kentucky. He was a mechanic by trade and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Janie Couch and brother, Gary Dewayne Whitehead.
He leaves to mourn his passing, father, Ricky Whitehead, SR, daughter, Cassidy Fields, son, Trysten Fields, brother, William Whitehead and sister, Brenda Davis.
In following the wishes of Mr. Whitehead, no services will be held at this time and a private memorial service may be held at a later date.
