Richard Roland Wayne Johnson

Richard Roland Wayne Johnson, age 20, of Partridge, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
He was born on June 27, 2001, in Harlan, Kentucky.   He was a graduate of Letcher County Central High School and believed in the Pentecostal faith.   He enjoyed playing video games, listening to music, and loved drawing. 

Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Howard Taft and Nancy Fields Boggs, grandparents, Elmer and Lucille Brown, sister, Sarah Mullins, brother, Richard Pendleton, uncle, Elmer Dennis Brown.

Left to mourn his passing, aunt and uncle and special care givers, Angela and David Pendleton of Partridge, KY, biological mother, Jessica Sergent of Whitesburg, KY, biological father, Harold Wayne Johnson of Cumberland, KY, grandmother, Teresa Trosper of Cumberland, KY, sisters, Megan Handshoe of Whitesburg, KY, Alysha Cornett and Patricia Fields both of Cumberland, KY, Cassidy Hamilton and Allison Pendleton both of Partridge, KY, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 18, 2022, at the Cumberland Valley Funeral Home
beginning at 11 A.M.

Funeral services will follow at 1 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Glenn Cornett officiating.
Burial will be in the Fields-Boggs Cemetery in Partridge, KY.
