Priscilla Ann (Sizemore) Frazier

Priscilla Ann Sizemore Frazier, age 45 of Linefork, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Cothalee Fields.

She is survived by two daughters, Sasha Nicole Engle of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Ashley Rowena Perkins of Linefork, Kentucky, her father, Edward Sizemore of Cumberland, Kentucky and brother, Glen Sizemore of Kings Creek, Kentucky, three grandchildren also survive.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 9th, 2015, at 12 noon, at Cumberland Valley Funeral Home with funeral services following at 1 p.m. with Roger Fields officiating.

Burial will follow in the Halcomb Cemetery at Linefork, Kentucky.
