He was born on May 18, 1995, in Harlan, KY.  He worked as a Meter Reader for Scope Enterprise.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Patrick Fouts, Irene and Denver Cress.

daughter, Zelda W. Cress all of Berea, KY, brothers, Christopher E. Cress and Brian A. Cress both of
