Orbin Edward Vanover, formerly of Cumberland, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023, at his home in Carmel, Indiana. He was born on November 3,1963 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was the son of the late Harold Edward Vanover and Dorothy Ison Vanover Belcher.
Orbin was a retired autobody technician and mechanic. He was highly skilled in his field of expertise and his work was second to none. He believed in the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed fishing, four-wheeling and riding motorcycles. His departing has left a void, but his memories will forever be cherished in our hearts.
He is survived by his sisters, Michelle Dawn Vanover of Carmel, Indiana, Kimberly Renee (Phillip) Calhoun of Lynch, Kentucky, half-brother, Zane Vanover of Shelbyville, Indiana, daughter, Ava Jean Keel, niece, Ashley Renee (John) Hatfield, Nephew, Christian Chase Collier, great nieces, Lexy and Brilee Hatfield, great great niece, Harper Boggs, and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 31, 2023, from 5-8 p.m. at the Cumberland Pentecostal Church in Cumberland, Kentucky.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 11 a.m. also from the church with Senior Pastors Michael and Barbara Blair officiating.
Burial will follow in the Peaceful Acres Cemetery at Hiram, Kentucky with Elder Glenn Cornett presiding.
