Matthew Wayne Smith

Matthew Wayne Smith, age 39 of Hulen, KY, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020.  

Matthew was born on June 8, 1980, in London, KY, unto his parents, the late James Smith and Cora Rhymer McHargue. 
Matthew had several jobs throughout his short life, one being most recent as a factory worker for an automotive parts company.
He was an avid sports fan.  He loved his UK Wildcats, NFL Football and WWE Wrestling.
He believed in the Pentecostal Faith.   He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. 
Matthew loved his family and the joy they brought to each other’s lives.  

He is preceded in death, by father, James Smith, stepfather, Johnny McHargue, infant twin brothers.

He leaves to suffer his passing, mother, Cora Rhymer McHargue of Hulen, KY, brothers, Johnny (Laine) Smith of Irvine, KY,
Joshua Smith of Hulen, KY, sisters, Susan (Jason) Howard of Pineville, KY,
Elizabeth Smith of Hulen, KY,  a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.




Pastor David Hoskins will be the officiating minister.
