Katherine “Kay” Jakopovich Blake, age 82 of Lynch, KY, entered eternal peace on
Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the Mayfield Manor in Lexington, Kentucky.
Kay was born on December 27, 1937, unto the union of the late Simon Matthew
and Elizabeth Louise Porcha Coeburn in Cumberland, KY. She believed in the
Catholic faith and was a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Lynch, KY.
She was a retired clerk for the Harlan County Health Department.
She is preceded in death by husband, Steve Jakopovich.
She leaves to mourn her passing, daughter, Patricia Disney of Nicholasville, KY,
son, George Jakopovich of Maiden, North Carolina, two grandchildren, Katherine Disney of Richmond, KY
and Stephen Disney of Hunt Valley, Maryland.
