Juanita “Edith” Shepherd Harris, resident of Gordon, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 24th surrounded by loved ones. Juanita was 82 years old. She was a believer in the Pentecostal faith and a member of the Slemp Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James Edward and Mary Belle Sparkman Shepherd, husband, Curt Harris, sisters, Norma Jean and Irene, brothers, Orvisse and Herbert.
Juanita is lovingly remembered by her five daughters, Christina Lynn (Mark) Lewis of Gordon, KY, Mary Belle (Gary) Lewis of Yeaddis, KY, Patricia Ann Caudill of Gordon, KY, Anita Lynn (Chris) Gilliam of Jenkins, KY, Donna Kay (Daniel) Partin of Somerset, KY, surviving siblings, Howard Lewis, Christine Sizemore, Hershel Shepherd, Henry Shepherd, nine grandchildren, Brandon Lewis, Athena Lewis, Kristan Blake Caudill, Dakota Lewis Bradley, James Caudill, Kameron Brady Caudill, Ethan Partin, Davin Partin, Mason Partin, two great-grandchildren, Addison Lewis and Gentry Lewis Bradley.
