Jerry Phillip Hackworth

Jerry Phillip Hackworth, age 65, of Cumberland, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday,
November 9, 2019 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital following a long illness.

Jerry was born on January 28, 1954, unto the union of the late Quincey and Hazel Sparks Hackworth.
He was a graduate of the Cumberland High School and retired as a general contractor.

Jerry is preceded in death by his brothers, James and John Hackworth.

He leaves to mourn his passing, brothers, Tom Hackworth of Ojai, California and
Jeff Hackworth of Lexington, KY.

Services and burial will be private.
