Jack Owens, age 93, of 314 Power Street, Cumberland, Kentucky, peacefully departed this life on Friday, August 17, 2018, at the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on April 22, 1925. He was a Veteran of the Armed Forces for the United States Military. He had worked as a coal miner and retired from the Dept. of Mines and Minerals as a Federal Mining Inspector. He was a member and Deacon of the Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by several brothers and a sister, his father, Charles Owens, SR and mother, Ruth Jenkins Owens Stacey, wife, Ann Owens.
He leaves to mourn his passing, daughters, Linda Owens Dudash of Cumberland, Kentucky and Jodi Sundall of Winchester, Kentucky, grandchildren, Kelsey & Katie Sundall, Kaylee Powell, and a great grandchild, Koda Wylee Williams.
