Heather Lynn (Hobbs) Polly

Heather Lynn Hobbs Polly, age 42, of Linefork, Kentucky, passed away suddenly on Saturday,
June 23, 2018, at the Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.

She was born on February 3, 1976, in Harlan, Kentucky.  She was a graduate of the Cumberland High School.

She is preceded in death by husband, Steven Polly.

She leaves to mourn her passing, father, Darrell Hobbs of Somerset, Kentucky, mother and step-father, Sherry and Claude Jackson of Cumberland, Kentucky, fiancé, Ellis Ray Gibson, JR of Linefork, Kentucky,  four sons, Gavin Lee and Jadin Polly both of Linefork, Kentucky, Landon Kerski of Big Stone Gap, Virginia, Levi Mayfield of Somerset, Kentucky, brother, Crit Jackson of Cumberland, Kentucky, half-brother, Jordan Hobbs of LaFollette, Tennessee, sister, Holly (Danny) Litteral Powell of Somerset, Kentucky, half-sister, Paige Hobbs of Lagrange, Kentucky, one grandchild and a host of other relatives.

In keeping with the wishes of the family, all services will be private at this time and a Celebration of Life for friends will be announced at a later date.
