Franklin Lowell Brock

Franklin Lowell Brock, age 46 of New Tazewell, Tennessee, formerly of Cumberland, KY, entered his Heavenly home on July 13, 2020, at the Parkwest Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee.  

Franklin was born on August 2, 1973 to the union of Dewey and Minnie Eversole Brock in Harlan, Kentucky.
Franklin was an auto mechanic by trade and shared many other talents, such as repairing electronics and being a master carpenter.  He also loved to fish.  He was known as an avid prankster.  He could bring a smile to any sad situation.  He had an amazing laugh and the gift to tell jokes and help people enjoy life.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dewey Brock.

He leaves to cherish his memory, Mother, Minnie Eversole Brock, brother, Joshua (Nicole) Brock, sisters, Sandra (Brian) Suttles and Maggie D. (Charlie) Sturgill, nieces, Kelly Sturgill, Mary Suttles, Brittany Sturgill, Maggie M. Sturgill, Faith Sturgill, nephew, Nicholas Sturgill, great nieces, Braylee Bullard, Nat Nat Baker, great nephews, Chandler Sturgill, Brian Allen Suttles, step niece, Megan Suttles, step nephews, Dakota Suttles, Tyler Suttles, aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.
