Frances Mary Dobos

Frances Mary Dobos, age 88, of Central Street in Cumberland, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Totz, Kentucky on May 4, 1928, unto the union of the late Norman and Cora Romano Carruba. She was a member of the St. Stephens Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Alter Society.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dobos, JR.

She leaves to mourn her passing four daughters; Norma Jo Dobos of Cumberland, KY, Mary Lynn Lawson of Nicholasville, KY, Ann Michelle (Bobby) Dobos Sexton of Dione, KY, Sharon Kay Dobos of Panama City, Florida, one brother, Joe Carruba of Cumberland, KY, one sister, Marie Runda of Cumberland, KY, two grandchildren, Christy Michele Gilliam of Cumberland, KY, Amber Nicole Shaddix of Panama City, Florida and one great grandchild, Makayla Ann Gilliam of Cumberland, KY.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 18, 2016, at the Cumberland Valley Funeral Home in Cumberland, KY from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with Rosary Services at 7 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 19, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the St. Stephens Catholic Church in Cumberland, KY with Father Mani George officiating.

Burial will follow in the Monte Vista Cemetery in Cumberland, KY.
