Elaine Angela (Chapman) Higgins

Elaine Angela Higgins, age 56, formerly of Lynch,
passed from this life on Sunday, July 30, 2017, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, following a long illness.

She was born on November 2, 1960, in Harlan, KY. She believed in the Methodist faith.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Penola Chapman.

She is survived by two sons, James and Allen Armstrong both of Illinois, two daughters, Jessica Chapman & Monica Mundy both of Lexington, KY, two brothers, Richard Chapman and Larry Chapman of Lynch, KY, two sisters, Audrey Jackson of Maryland & Anita Benson of Tennessee, two grandchildren also survive.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Johnson Funeral Home in Lynch beginning at 1 p.m. with Funeral Services following at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wilma Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow in the Monte Vista Cemetery in Cumberland, KY.
