Earl Wayne Simpkins

Earl Wayne Simpkins, age 41 of Cumberland, Kentucky, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 28, 2016, after a short illness.

He was born on June 21, 1975, to the union of the late William and America Baker Simpkins.

He is preceded in death by daughter, Caitlyn Simpkins, sister, Minnie Simpkins and brothers, Thomas and Michael Simpkins.
He leaves to mourn his passing, daughter, Cassidy Simpkins of Hazard, KY, two sisters, Della (Greg) Caudill of Hazard, KY, Mattie (William) Land of Nicholasville, KY, six brothers, James (Debbie) Simpkins of Morristown, Tennessee, Eddie (Lisa) Simpkins, Clifton Carl Simpkins and Roy (Emma) Simpkins all of Cumberland, KY, David (Nancy) Simpkins of Hazard, KY and Franklin Simpkins of Whitesburg, KY.

Graveside services will be held Friday, December 30, 2016, at the D.L. Creech Cemetery in Cumberland, KY at 1 p.m. with Darrell Turner officiating.
