Deloris King, age 74, of Lynch, KY, passed away suddenly on February 4, 2020.
She was born on November 2, 1945, unto the union of the late James & Ollie Dozier in
Brightfield, Alabama. Deloris had worked in retail and sales. She believed in the Methodist faith and was a member of the Goode Temple A.M.E. Zion Church in Lynch, KY. She loved to play bingo, spend time with her loving family and was known for her wonderful cooking.
She leaves to mourn her passing, husband of Forty-Six years, Frankie J. King,
son, Frankie L. King of Vista, California, daughter, Christina “Sissy” King of Lynch, KY, grandchildren,
Nicholas King of Vista, California, Shanikqua King, Tatyana King and Shaylan Clark all of Lynch, KY,
great grandchild, Leixia King of Lynch, KY.
“Lois” as most called her was a beautiful soul. She was a kindhearted and loving person. She had a laugh that one could never forget. She brought smiles to the faces of most. She will truly be missed
here in her earthly home and we take comfort in knowing, she is now resting in the arms of God.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020, beginning at 2 p.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Lynch, KY with Rev. Sandra Jones officiating.
