Curtis Cook

Curtis Cook, age 59, of Benham, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at the Hazard ARH. He was born on January 9, 1958, unto the union of the late William, Sr. and Nettey Harris Cook.  He was a member of the National Guard, a disabled steel worker and believed in the Baptist faith. He is also preceded in death by his brother, William Cook, JR.

He leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Linda Stewart Cook, a son, Jamille Nathaniel Stewart of Cumberland, KY, step-son, Mark Anthony Stewart of Louisville, KY, daughter, Latoia Renee Stewart of Frankfort, KY, two step-daughters, Shawnda Ann Stewart of Georgia and Lakishia Elaine Stewart of Whitesburg, KY, four brothers, Jacques Cook of Benham, KY, Johnny R. Cook of Middlesboro, KY, James Cook of Winchester, KY and Victor Cook of Richmond, KY, sisters, Ella Edwards of Michigan, Debra Daniels of Chicago, Jacqueline Brannon of Indiana and Victoria Lee of Cumberland, KY, three grandchildren and host of nieces and nephews.
