Billy Ray Baldwin, SR

Billy Ray Baldwin, SR, age 63, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018, at his residence on Rail Road Street in Cumberland, KY.

He was born on June 3, 1955, unto the union of the late George and Gladys Rains Baldwin in Wise County, Virginia.  He believed in the Pentecostal faith and had worked as a steel worker for Bennett Mining.

He is preceded in death by wife, Elma Sue Baldwin, brothers, Gary, Ricky Baldwin and sisters, Joyce Franks and Linda Baldwin.

He leaves to mourn his passing, wife, Lisa Rose Baldwin of Cumberland, Kentucky, son, Billy Ray Baldwin, JR of Cumberland, Kentucky, daughters, Angela Combs of London, KY, Angie Burke, Jessica Henson and Brittany Davidson all of Cumberland, KY, Crystal Maggard of Keokee, VA, sisters, Freda Owens, Mary Baldwin both of Cumberland, KY and Betty Back from Evarts, Kentucky, several grand and great grandchildren also survive.
