Beverly Bowman Webb, 73, of Lynch, Kentucky, passed away on February 11, 2026, at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness.
Beverly dedicated many years of her life to serving her community, working as a coal miner and as a clerk for the City of Benham.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James (Mickey) Webb, the love of her life, her maternal grandfather, the late Judge James I. Creech; her special grandmother, the late Nan H. Creech; her mother, Fay Creech Bowman; her father, Steve Bowman; and her son, Kenny Cox.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Hall of Somerset, Kentucky; granddaughter Erin and her husband Kevin Cope; special great-granddaughters Harlyn Eleanor and Sutton James Cope of Richmond, Kentucky; grandson Jacob and his wife Cassidy Dixon of Richmond, Kentucky; grandson Zachariah and his wife Taylor Dixon of Harlan, Kentucky; and special great-granddaughters Ella and Sadie Dixon.
A graveside burial service will be held Sunday, April 12th at 2 p.m. in the Huff Cemetery in Cumberland, KY. The family asks that if you are going to attend to meet at cemetery at 1:50 p.m.
A reception for friends and family will follow at the Raven Rock Cafe, where sandwiches, refreshments and dessert will be served in memory of Bev.
