Aaron Michael Pace, age 33, of Wallins, Kentucky, departed this life on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He is the son of Ricky and Michele Slusher Pace. He was born on September 6, 1990, in Harlan, Kentucky.
Aaron had worked as a delivery man for Papa Johns’s several years ago, until becoming disabled. He enjoyed interacting with everyone. His personality was one of a cut-up, making people laugh, either by a joke or prank. In an argument, he always had to get the last word in. Aaron loved to fish, ride four wheelers, watch his favorite anime shows, play games online, and was proud about being an ultimate gamer. Aaron had a bright smile and an infectious laugh. He departed this life way too soon.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Pat Johnson and maternal grandmother, Elaine Slusher.
Aaron leaves behind his grandparents, George and Cathy Slusher of Wallins, Kentucky, loving parents, Ricky and Michele Pace of Wallins, Kentucky, sister, Rikki (Isiah) Ryan of Wallins, Kentucky, brother, Donald Anthony (Trinity) Pace of Tazewell, Tennessee, nieces, Alyssa Evans, Sophia Frazier, Karmann Frazier, Paisley Frazier, Charleigh Frazier, Trisha Rosenberger, Emma Rosenberger, nephews, Roy Rosenberger, and Ryder Ecker, a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 12, 2024, at the home of George Slusher at 3659 Hwy. 219, Wallins, KY, beginning at 1 PM with Rev. Jimmy Thomas officiating.
